Incorrect and/or confusing instructions. Cracked pieces. Finish/stain/paint isn't continuous. Holes not in proper places or too large/small. Pieces don't line up exactly. But, worth the price. Count on a good 8 hours to sort and assenble.The bed is adorable! Perfect for my two growing girls. Assembling the bed took a while and we received a couple of broken pieces that seemed like manufacturing issues. However, the seller was quick to resolve our issue and gave us a couple of solutions that were great.Excellent customer service, responds quickly and resolved our issues. We would buy from this seller again.Please read all the notes I included in my pictures. It will be very helpful for you. Yes I would recommend this bed. This bed is sold and other places and the best price was here for the same product exactly. It’s a nice bed. Just follow the directions very carefully. Some directions were incorrect and some directions were also left out so just take your time. It took me all day to build this so allow a good amount of time.Very sturdy when assembled. Took us about 2 hours from start to finish. Only flaw is that the top bunk is already chipping paint for some reason. The top bunk was only used for 1 week before we went on vacation, so I'm not sure why its already chipping so bad.The espresso color bed looks amazing. We had an issue with some of the parts on delivery but the customer service was incredible and resolved our issue promptly.This Is A Beautiful Bunk Bed. The Kids Love It However It Was Absolutely Terrible Putting Together. I Would Highly Recommend The Pro Bulider OptionAesthetically, this bunk bed looks good! It was rough to put together as others have mentioned and the directions are definitely not the easiest to follow. Some of the holes weren't drilled properly and a few of the pieces were split, mostly in the slats that hold the mattress. I can even get past all of this but I find it hard to believe that there is a 250lb weight limit for the top bunk - my daughter is roughly 85lbs and while lying on the bottom bunk to read books, I'm scared for my life:) The way those slats move and bow - I can't imagine what I would look like with anyone heavier! I felt like I had to be super careful up there when I was setting up the bed and I weigh 145 lbs. Sadly, I feel like this poor bed will be in a landfill somewhere in 6 months time (which was definitely not my intention) If I could return it, I would.The price of the product wasn’t that bad! The only issues I had was the stairs not lining up to connect the bottom along with some mess ups in the wood/paint.
